First job in current field: Milliken & Company – Apparel Fabrics

What your firm does now and its plans for the future:  As part of milliCare, the national leader in commercial floor care, we deliver environmentally-focused technologies to clean over 40 million s/f annually. We are developing a division to safely maintain stone floors like polished concrete and Terrazzo, and luxury vinyl tile (LVT).

Hobbies:  Anything outdoors with my family, especially skiing and sailing. 

Favorite novel: I have many. My favorite author, Bryce Courtney, was a great story teller and created stories that let you escape, like “Power of One” and “Potato Factory”.

Keys to success:  Just care – for family, employees, customers, earth 

Person(s) you most admire (outside of family): Nelson Mandela – I witnessed the transition from freedom to forgiveness while working for Milliken in South Africa.
