What your firm does now and its plans for the future? Currently we specialize in mid-market leasing and sales, with the goal of expanding our client portfolio to include large multifamily property owners.

Hobbies: My wife accuses me of making real estate an all-consuming work/hobby combination

Favorite novel: Anything written by John Grisham is top on my list. Also love reading past/present political novels

Favorite film: “Shawshank Redemption”

Keys to success: Always convey that your goal is to meet/exceed your client’s expectations. Be honest about what you know and don’t know. If you fake it, you won’t make it. If you are consistent with your communications, you’ll almost never lose a client. 

Person(s) you most admire (outside of family): Walt Disney. Fascinating mind.
