Pro Con Inc. managing medical office fit-up at 155 Borthwick Avenue: design provided by AG Architects PC

Pro Con Inc. is the general contractor and AG Architects PC is the project architect for Beacon Internal Medicine's new office fit-up at 155 Borthwick Ave. Beacon Internal Medicine new offices will be located on the 2nd floor of the west building, which is adjacent to the Portsmouth Hospital. Plans call for the medical office to include 13 exam rooms, physician offices, administrative offices, a conference room, and a spacious patient reception area. As part of the project, Pro Con will install custom millwork, sculptural wood flooring, specialty lighting and new interior finishes. Work on the project began in March and Pro Con Inc. has scheduled a June completion date. Beacon Internal Medicine intends to relocate its offices to the new location following completion. Pro Con was the architect and the construction manager for the $5.2 million expansion to the 155 Borthwick Ave. building in 2008. AG Architects, PC has over 35 years' experience specializing in healthcare and commercial projects throughout northern New England. AG Architects offers a wide range of architectural services, including interior design, space needs planning, and architectural design for new facilities and renovations.
