Pro Con Inc. completes Hammondswood at Chestnut Hill condos
Pro Con Inc. has completed Hammondswood at Chestnut Hill, a new luxury residential condominium community located in the heart of Chestnut Hill at 629 Hammond St. Boston Development Group was the developer and The Architectural Team was responsible for the conceptual design. Pro Con was the architect of record and construction manager for the project. Hammondswood at Chestnut Hill is comprised of two buildings offering 59 condos. The buildings are connected by an underground parking garage.
Pro Con provided pre-construction services and assisted Boston Development Group in evaluating the financial implications of proposed designs, alternate materials and various construction methods in order to ensure that the owner's expectations were met for a quality product within a reasonable budget.
