Pro Con Inc completes Brightview North Andover senior living community

Pro Con Inc has completed Brightview North Andover, a new senior living community located at 1275 Turnpike Rd. The $19.8 million design build project was developed by Shelter Development and is being operated by Brightview Senior Living. Pro Con was the project architect and construction manager for the senior living project, which is the fifth Brightview community in Massachusetts. The 4-story, 140,530 s/f senior living community offers a social environment where housekeeping, dining, transportation, and maintenance are provided by a caring staff. Brightview North Andover has 133 units including 65 apartments for independent living, 41 apartments for assisted living and 27 apartments for Alzheimer's and dementia care. The apartments, which are all under one roof, offer the residents a variety of floor plans and care options. The community will feature full-service independent living apartments on a monthly rental basis with no large entrance fee. The all-inclusive monthly fees include private 1 or 2-bedroom apartment homes, exterior and interior maintenance including appliances, full kitchens, washer/dryer, housekeeping, chef-prepared meals, utilities, transportation, and a full-time program director to coordinate daily programs and social events. Community amenities include a fitness center, beauty/barber shop, internet café, pub, movie theater and game room. Pro Con Inc began site work on Brightview North Andover in February 2012 and the senior living community was completed last month. "The Brightview North Andover apartments are complete and ready for the residents to move-in" said the project manager for Pro Con Inc.
