Joseph Accetta of Joseph W. Accetta & Associates and Leeds Mitchell, IV, of MG Commercial Properties combined to sell unit #2007 in the Jefferson Gateway at the Airport Office Condominiums. The seller of the 2,622 s/f second floor unit was CRALIL, LLC and the buyer was 931 Realty, LLC. Selling price was $500,000. Jefferson Gateway, at 931 Jefferson Blvd., was built in 2006. There are two modern condominium office buildings on the site which is close to the Greene State Airport and Rte. 95.
