Steingold and Paskalis of MG Commercial lease 21,381 s/f office space

Picerne Military Housing is relocating their corporate office to 1405 South County Trail. They leased 21,381 s/f of office space from Valley Place Office Park, managed by Blackstone Management. In a market that is highly competitive for tenant's in this size range, the landlord was able to consumate a long term stable lease, which absorbed most of the vacant space that was previously available in this office park.
