August 12 EBC C&D Committee The goal of the EBC C & D Committee is to bring together EBC members to discuss construction and demolition materials issues in an open forum. The desired result would be an exchange of ideas, a greater understanding of the impacts on stakeholders, and the start of a collaborative process to build consensus.
