North Branch named CM for 31,800 s/f office

North Branch Construction, Inc. is construction manager for the new 31,800 s/f Stonyfield Farm Plant office building on Burton Dr. The new two-story building will be constructed with a structural steel frame and metal siding and be built for sustainability. The facility will feature a vegetated roof, sunshades, solar panels and include cafeteria, locker room and office space. Construction began in September and will be completed in the summer of 2008. North Branch recently completed the fit-up of 25,000 s/f of office space for the new Stonyfield Farm corporate headquarters in Manchester.
