Jones Lang LaSalle completes 300,000 s/f interior build out for Eaton Vance at Two International Place
June 17, 2009 - Construction Design & Engineering
Jones Lang LaSalle completed the interior build out of 300,000 s/f of first class office space for Eaton Vance Corp. at Two International Place. The office serves as the firm's new world headquarters. Jones Lang LaSalle is the project manager through its project and development services group.
The project on 10 floors features: trading desks, a full service café with kitchen, training facility, reception areas, informal interactive meeting areas, and conference rooms. A landscaped roof terrace accessible from the office space provides an outdoor space overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway and Boston Harbor. New energy efficient lighting and fixtures will lower Eaton Vance's occupancy cost.
Jones Lang LaSalle's project and development services (PDS) team was comprised of senior vice president Alfred Woods and project manager Stephen Senna. Managing director Bill Motley and Debra Gould, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Eaton Vance during lease negotiations.
The corporate interior was designed by CBT Architects. Shawmut Design and Construction served as the construction manager.
