Himmel named VP at Rockland Trust

According to Daniel Picha, VP and community association banking portfolio manager for Rockland Trust, Howard Himmel has been appointed as VP of community association banking. In this position, Himmel will be responsible for business development and marketing of products for service providers and property management firms of community associations in N.E. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Himmel was the director of sales & marketing for CAI-New England/Condo Media, Inc.
