Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 13,000 s/f to Hamden Skate Park

According to Stephen Press, partner at Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior commercial advisor Joel Nesson was the sole broker in a long-term 13,000 s/f lease between G. Zurolo, owner, and Hamden Skate Park LLC, tenant, at 198 State St. The lease commenced September 1.
