Vidal/Wettenstein leases to Atlantic Closet at 200 Main St., Monroe

According to Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, Atlantic Closet of Derby will be relocating to 2,000 s/f at 200 Main St. The company will be joining Bulls Head Printer, Synergy Systems & KSV Medical Instruments as tenants in the newly constructed building. The 200 Main St. building was completed six months ago and is already one third occupied. Presently 18,000 s/f remains available.
The building is owned by Mark Sippin. The Sippin family has numerous properties in Monroe and this new facility continues to add quality space to the family portfolio. All of the units are air conditioned, have either a dock or drive in door, and are being offered in sections of 2,000 s/f and up.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR is the listing broker and negotiated the terms and conditions of the lease for Atlantic Closet. Gregory Swindon and Michael Reinhardt are the owners of Atlantic Closet and were represented by attorney Gary Seymour of Shelton.
