Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 2 Allstate leases - 2,600 s/f

Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz moved the Allstate office of North Hamden to 1,300 s/f at 3011 Whitney Ave., managed by Mike Palma. Noah Meyer represented the landlord in a five year lease. Ruff also relocated the South Hamden office of Allstate Insurance managed by Leslie Velardi to new headquarters at 1 Evergreen Ave., Hamden. Velardi signed a 3 year lease for 1,300 s/f. Ruff represented both the landlord and the tenant. In another transaction, Ruff assisted both the tenant and landlord of 31 Washington Ave., North Haven in agreeing to a 10 year lease. The tenant, CT Podiatry Group, PC, also has offices in East Haven and West Haven. The new office space consists of 1,740 s/f. Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented the tenant and Jeff Dow of Dow Realty represented the landlord at 200 Shaw Rd., North Branford (just off Rte. 80) for 4,200 s/f of a state of the art Doggie Day Care Center.
