NAI Hunneman Commercial has brokered a 3,310 s/f office lease at 8 New England Executive Park. Evan Gallagher, James Boudrot, senior vice president and Stephen James, executive vice president/principal, all three of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the tenant, Burlington-based Klocwork. Klocwork, a software security and quality developer, relocated from its previous headquarters at 35 Corporate Dr. Greg Clancy of Equity Office represented the landlord. Eight New England Executive Park, a six-story 218,512 s/f Class A office building, is located near major transportation routes and a short distance from downtown Boston.
