Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has leased 12,000 sf of retail space from BVH Biddeford, LLC in the Five Points Shopping Center on 420 Alfred Rd., Rte. 111. The transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Craig Young, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company. CBRE/The Boulos Co. is the Maine partner office of CBRE.
