Conway with New England UMF completes $425,000 sale to SVS Realty

United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 10 unit apartment building at 381 Central St. for $425,000 ($42,500 per unit). Handled by Jim Conway of the New England UMF office, the wood frame residences were built in 1890 and sold by Central St. School Apts., LLC to SVS Realty with financing provided by Navigant Credit Union.
