Tinkham Realty negotiates 2 leases and 1 sale

Tinkham Realty, Inc. has has negotiated the leasing of two properties and the sale of one. Bits & Pieces Consignment Shoppe has opened at the Hudson Village Shoppes on Derry Rd., (Rte. 102). Bill Zolla represented the lessor and assisted the lessee in the lease negotiations. Santorelli Construction Company from Wakefield, Mass. has purchased a half acre industrial lot off Trolley Land in Salem. Plans call for the construction of a 4,000 s/f industrial building for the firm's headquarters. Judy Tinkham represented the buyer. The sale price according to the Rockingham county Registry of Dees was $100,000. Sicilian Sistas Sweets & Blossoms, a specialty cake and special event floral design shop, has located at Connie's Plaza, 297 Derry Rd.   Tinkham represented the lessor and assisted the lessee.
