The Davis Companies arranges 32,493 s/f industrial lease at Upton Crossing
Wilmington, MA The Davis Companies (Davis) has entered into a 10-year lease agreement with a confidential snack food company at Upton Crossing, a newly developed industrial campus located at 38 Upton Dr. The company will occupy 32,493 s/f of industrial space beginning in Q1 of 2025. More than two-thirds of the campus’ 215,000 rentable s/f of class A industrial/flex space is now occupied.
Upton Crossing has been designed to class A industrial warehouse specifications and flexibility to accommodate tenants of all sizes and features 32’ clear-heights, enhanced loading facilities, truck courts and electrical supply. The campus is located off Exit 35 of I-93 North, 18 miles from Logan Airport, offering easy distribution access to the Greater Boston region and across New England.

This lease agreement at Upton Crossing is the latest successful milestone for Davis’ industrial portfolio, which is growing across the region and country. In addition to its holdings in Massachusetts, Davis has been an active industrial investor throughout key mid-Atlantic and southeastern markets with recent investments in Georgia, Virginia and Delaware.
Davis’s Upton Crossing campus includes five buildings of manufacturing, distribution, research and development space across more than 37 acres.
The building was constructed by Jewett Construction in partnership with MA Design.
Joe Fabiano, James Lipscomb, Jordan Yarboro and Brian Tisbert of JLL represented ownership and Bart Anderson and Juliana Fiore of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease agreement.
