LiRo-Hill hires Fowler as vice president and New England healthcare practice leader
Boston, MA LiRo-Hill, a national, multidisciplinary project and construction management, engineering, architecture, and technology firm, has welcomed John Fowler, AIA, LEED AP, as a vice president and the New England healthcare practice leader. Working out of the Schrafft’s City Center office, Fowler will lead the healthcare planning and design teams for New England clients and collaborate with the firm’s other offices nationally to establish the strategy, vision and growth for healthcare design services.

Fowler has over 20 years of experience focused on the planning, designing and management of renovations, additions and new construction for hospitals and outpatient medical facilities.
His extensive experience in clinical care environments includes, emergency departments, surgical suites, radiology departments and diagnostic imaging, endoscopy centers, pharmacies, clinical labs, cancer centers, central sterile processing departments, behavioral health, and a variety of exam-based clinics.
He has recently provided project leadership for several New England clients including Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham, Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Fenway Health, Maine Health and UMass Memorial Medical Center.
Fowler’s focus on innovation in design to solve complex client challenges and improving the patient experience complements the established healthcare teams in Boston and New York.
