Moretti of Lila Delman Compass sell 121 Walcott Ave for $7 million
Jamestown, RI Lila Delman Compass has completed the sale of 121 Walcott Avenue in for $7 million. Cynthia Moretti of Lila Delman Compass’ Jamestown office represented the Seller in this transaction, and Stacie Mills and Mary Waddington of Vanderbilt International Properties represented the Buyer.
The summer cottage contains 10 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms, was designed by Charles L. Bevins, a Shingle Style architect who designed many of Jamestown’s summer cottages in the late 19th century. The residence offers deeded rights to Cottrell Pier Association, a private organization which maintains a private beach, pavilion, and pier on the waterfront. The home conveys with an adjoining 39,163 s/f lot.
