TAYLOR awarded contract for <br>50,000 s/f Tesla dealership
Londonderry, NH TAYLOR has been awarded the construction contract for the first Tesla dealership and service center in New Hampshire. TAYLOR is teaming with a national developer and Base4 Architects and Engineers, for the new construction of a 50,000 s/f location at 36 Industrial Dr. Construction is underway with an estimated completion in early 2025.

The new Tesla facility will occupy 50,000 s/f out of the eight-acre site, which includes a service, sales area and parking for about 300 vehicles. There will be eight electric charging spaces available on the property as well. There are currently no service centers in New Hampshire. There is one in South Burlington, VT and four in Massachusetts.
This will be the second Tesla location built by TAYLOR, having completed a 30,000 s/f service, education, and vehicle display center at 3535 West Henrietta Rd. in Henrietta, N.Y. It will also be their second project under construction in New Hampshire, with a 55,334 s/f, four-story, 106-room Everhome Suites underway in the town of Newington.
