DiPrete Engineering team at topping off <br>ceremony for stadium at Tidewater Landing
Pawtucket, RI DiPrete Engineering congratulates Rhode Island FC (RIFC) and Fortuitous Partners on the topping off ceremony for the Stadium at Tidewater Landing. This milestone represents a significant achievement in the development of a sports facility that will serve as a community hub and a beacon of growth for the state.
The Stadium at Tidewater Landing is set to become a cornerstone for soccer enthusiasts and the broader community, with an initial capacity of 11,000 seats and future plans to expand to 15,000 seats. The facility will not only host soccer matches, but also feature event parking, an entry and event plaza, and a riverwalk within the urban coastal greenway (UCG).
DiPrete joined SLR/Milone & MacBroom to assist Fortuitous Partners in designing and permitting the project. The firm handled advanced stormwater management, soil erosion reports, and stormwater pollution prevention plans, and facilitated submissions to the Coastal Resources Management Council. DiPrete also provided professional land surveying services to both Fortuitous Partners and the city of Pawtucket for the Tidewater Landing and Division St. mixed-use development.
The completion of this project is a momentous occasion for the State of Rhode Island. It signifies not only the growth of sports and recreation in the area but also the economic and social revitalization of Pawtucket. DiPrete Engineering is proud to be a part of this transformative project, contributing its expertise to create a venue that will serve as a landmark for years to come.
