CCIM Connecticut Chapter honors DealMaker award winners

The CCIM Connecticut Chapter hosted its annual DealMaker awards earlier this year,  recognizing the chapter’s Top DealMakers of 2023. Award recipients included:

• The Commercial Real Estate Services award was given to Ken Ginsberg, CCIM of Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio for his business sale and lease at 470 James St. in New Haven;

Gus Ryer

• The Industrial Sale award went to Ron Lyman, CCIM of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, for the sale of a cell tower and two commercial buildings located at 138 Main St., Coventry;

• The Land/Development Sale award went to Jeff Ryer, CCIM, SIOR and Gus Ryer, CCIM of Ryer Associates Commercial Real Estate for the development of a hospital to be located at Reserve Rd. and Winding Ridge Way, Danbury;

• The award for Multi-family Sale went to Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR of Pearce Commercial Real Estate and to Frank Micali, CCIM, of Capitalize 360 Group, for their transaction of a sale/leaseback of three dormitory buildings at Albertus Magnus College, located at 490-492 Prospect St. and 411 Mansfield St., New Haven;

• The award for Office Lease went to Frank Amodio, CCIM of Amodio & Co. Real Estate for an office suite located at 1137 Main St., East Hartford;

• The award for Office Sale went to Eric Amodio, CCIM, of Amodio & Co. Real Estate for the sale of the Stone Academy office located at 763 Burnside Ave., East Hartford;

• The award for Land Lease went to Connor Nolan of WS Development for a 10-year ground lease for The  Shops at Blackstone Valley, Yard House, Millbury, Mass;

• The award for Retail Lease went to Bryan Atherton, CCIM, SIOR of the BHGRE Commercial Atherton Team for 1602 Boston Post Rd., Milford; and

• The award for Retail Sale went to Matt Renzulli of the BHGRE Commercial Atherton Team for a 26-unit retail center located at 2695 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fla.
