Greater Providence Board of Realtors holds ribbon-cutting for new headquarters

Cranston, RI The Greater Providence Board of Realtors? (GPBOR) celebrated the opening of their new headquarters at 1169 Park Ave. A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place with members and special guests, including Steve Medeiros, Region 1 vice president of the National Association of Realtors? and mayor Kenneth Hopkins who spoke at the event. After the ribbon cutting guests enjoyed refreshments and tours of the facility.

1169 Park Ave. was purchased by GPBOR in 2022 after an extensive three year search by the GPBOR Building Task Force and Board Leaders. Located off of Rtes. 10 and I-95 the building has been renovated and now offers professional development areas and improved accessibility. 

The GPBOR Building Task Force, made up of past president’s of GPBOR, includes Sally Hersey, chair, Agueda Del Borgo, Bruce Lane, Leanne D’Ettore, and Brenda Marchwicki.?
