Alves of Elite Commercial sells seven units for $1.155 million

North Providence, RI Michael Alves of Elite Commercial Realty at KW Commercial sold the seven-unit  Country Lane Estates, 300 Smithfield Rd. for $1.155 million.

Deborah Gold of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer, Daniel and Mary Piedade. Alves represented the seller RI Rentals LLC.
