East Providence, RI Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of 2740 Pawtucket Ave. The 3,600 s/f office building sold for $500,000 to Vladislav Naydenov and Violeta Dimitrova. 

The .31 acre property, with 19 parking spaces, was split into two units with one unit being delivered vacant and the other unit being occupied by Prestige Therapy.

The buyers were represented by Alfred Sliney of A.E. Sliney.
