Cisco Brewers pop-up opens at Boston Seaport by WS Development
Boston, MA Boston Seaport by WS Development and Cisco Brewers have brought back Cisco Brewers Seaport for its seventh season. This year’s Cisco experience will showcase returning favorite menu items from Cisco Kitchen Bar and the debut of a new pizza truck launching for the season, as well as craft cocktails featuring spirits from Triple Eight Distillery and wines from Nantucket Vineyard. Cisco Brewers Seaport will be open seven days a week, with an extended, tented space so guests can enjoy the pop-up all season long. The space will also be available to rent for corporate outings and special events.
Cisco Brewers Seaport kicked off the season on April 11, by hosting U.S. Olympic Sailors Lara Dallman-Weiss and Boston native Stuart McNay for a special meet-and-greet fundraiser and auction for Inland Lakes Yachting Association, the nonprofit that supports their journey to bring back gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Cisco Brewers Seaport will feature daily live music from local artists. The opening weekend line-up includes Jeff Tuohy Band, Mad House, Mad House & Cody Bondra, and Danny Gallagher.
Cisco Brewers Seaport is located at 100 Seaport Blvd; guests can enter on Seaport Blvd., with an accessible entrance on the corner of Pier 4 Blvd. and Seaport Blvd. Extending through October 14, Cisco Brewers Seaport will be open seven days a week.
“Seven Years of Cisco Seaport! Tasty food offerings from Cisco Kitchen Bar including a clam shack, tacos and new wood-fired pizza to complement all the products from Nantucket. The island vibes are back with both local and touring musicians. Every year just keeps getting better and this year we are definitely crossing our fingers for plenty of sunny days, so all our guests can enjoy Cisco in the sunny Seaport. We hope everyone has a great time!” said Jay Harman, CEO of Cisco Brewers.
“Cisco Brewers Seaport is a highlight for so many in and around the neighborhood. It not only brings our community together for its Nantucket brews, craft cocktails and coastal New England fare, but it also celebrates that special warm-weather exuberance Bostonians love. We are excited to have them return for their seventh year,” said Ariel Foxman, vice president of brand & experience for Boston Seaport by WS Development.
Cisco Brewers Seaport offers a wide range of craft beers, including Grey Lady Wheat Ale, Wandering Haze Hazy IPA, Gripah Grapefruit IPA, Shark Tracker Light Lager, Whale’s Tale Pale Ale, an espresso martini in a can called Nantucket Rise, and a tequila pineapple jalapeño blend called Piña. Additionally, Cisco Brewers Seaport will offer Nantucket Rose, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc wines from Nantucket Vineyard.
The updated and expanded food offerings from the Cisco Kitchen Bar will include wood-fired pizza, a variety of tacos and quesadillas, as well as New England clam shack favorites such as fried clam rolls, lobster rolls, and burgers.
