2024 Women in Construction: Carlie LaPre, Columbia

What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week? My favorite part of Women in Construction week is when the many great organizations in Boston come together to support the ladies in our industry. Boston is a great place to be a woman in the construction industry, as we have many organizations that dedicate their time and energy around the topic. From NAWIC to BWIC to PWC and more, WIC week is full of events where everyone can come out to support each other and is a great time to connect with one another. Personally, I have benefited from Women in Construction week by networking with others in the industry, which has led to new opportunities for my career.
