Surprenant of MG Commercial subleases 29,000 s/f at The Foundry

Mick Hogan of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate and Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial have completed the sublease of 29,000 s/f of office space at 291 Promenade St. The office space, which was previously occupied by Pitney Bowes, is a free standing building and is part of the office redevelopment complex known as The Foundry. Surprenant represented the new tenant, The Health & Wellness Institute, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI. Hogan represented Pitney Bowes.
