Foxboro, MA On March 7th, Dellbrook|JKS gathered over 200 employees at Gillette Stadium’s Optum Field Lounge for its Annual Company Meeting – a night dedicated to reviewing the past year’s successes while charting the course for the firm’s future endeavors.
The Dellbrook|JKS team kicked off the evening with a cocktail hour, followed by tours of Gillette Stadium’s new lighthouse, a dinner, and finally, a program led by president & CEO, Mike Fish. During his address, Fish shared key insights about the firm’s work and honored individuals celebrating 5- and 10-year work anniversaries with the company. Notably, Judy Audette, marketing specialist, and Moses Cordeiro, senior superintendent, received special recognition for their remarkable 20-year milestone with Dellbrook|JKS.
Dellbrook|JKS’s EAF Award, the event’s most significant distinction, was the presented to Tammy Gallagher, risk manager and an instrumental employee of 17 years. Named after Edward A. Fish, the father of Mike Fish, this award acknowledges a staff member who demonstrates perfect alignment with company values and unparalleled loyalty to Dellbrook|JKS.
Further accolades, decided by a live company-wide vote, were given to two Dellbrook|JKS project teams, recognizing the Large and Small Projects of the Year. These categories, grouped by revenue volume, each featured four projects completed in 2023. In the large category, The Laurent on 55 Wheeler St., the company’s largest project to date, claimed the winner’s title, over nominees such as Coleman House by 2Life Communities, SkySail at Driftway, and Rozzie.
Meanwhile, in the small category, Glen Brook Way | Phase 2, a Passive-House project, secured the top spot amongst nominees including Dexter Southfield’s Campus Updates, ActNano’s Lab Fit-Out, and Father Bill’s & Mainspring’s Yawkey Housing Resource Center.
