Smithfield, RI Washington Trust opened its 27th branch located at Smithfield Crossing, 371 Putnam Pike.
Edward Handy III, Washington Trust chairman and CEO, and Mary Noons, Washington Trust president and COO, as well as other members of the bank’s executive team, were on hand to welcome town manager, Randy Rossi, as the branch’s first official customer.
