Triglione of Nordlund Associates Inc. and Carbone Commercial RE Inc. broker $1.6 million sale

Wilmington, MA Brian Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. assisted their client in the disposition of 363 Middlesex Ave., a 9,544 s/f industrial/retail building situated on 0.66 acres with frontage on Rte. 62. The property sold for $1.6 million which equates to $167 per s/f.

Triglione of Nordlund represented the seller, Robbins Enterprises LLC and Ed Carbone of Carbone Commercial RE Inc. represented the buyer, Northern Lights Painting Inc.
