Sidel of EagleBridge Capital handles $2.232 million mortgage financing
Boston, MA EagleBridge Capital has arranged acquisition/permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $2.232 million for an apartment property located on Snow Hill St. in the North End neighborhood, the city’s oldest residential community.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principal Ted Sidel who said that the loan was provided by a leading thrift institution.
The renovated property is comprised of four three-bedroom units.Improvements in each unit include a stainless steel stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, new cabinets and countertops, new flooring, and new bathroom fixtures.
Located within a walk are a number of Italian restaurants, bakeries, and pizzerias. The location offers access to downtown, the Financial District, and North Station as well as TD Garden.
Also nearby are the North End Parking Garage and the Steriti Memorial Ice Rink, the historic Old North Church and Paul Revere House and Monument are also located in the North End.
