Micallef of Olympus Group Real Estate sells 27,000 s/f to Hope & Main for $2.07 million

Providence, RI Hope & Main, the culinary industry incubator, has purchased the 27,000 s/f mixed-use property at 945 Westminster St., in the West End neighborhood.

The operation will be known as Hope & Main Providence, an extension of the company’s original training/production/marketing facility in Warren and their downtown Makers Marketplace, also opening in the city.

Originally the headquarters of JKL Engineering, the property was sold for $2.07 million. Greg Micallef, broker principal, of Olympus Group Real Estate, represented the seller and procured Hope & Main as the buyer.
