What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year?
The supply chain issues were certainly one of the most impactful situations this year for construction. Realizing this was going to be an issue, last year our team perfected our pre-purchasing program, which helped to move our client’s projects forward despite delays. The key is also having early conversations with our clients and team members about the needs to mitigate any supply risks that may be associated with their project. Delays were vast, so by keeping on top of it we still managed to double the volume of completed projects year-over-year.
