Finegold Alexander Architects receives AIA Award
Boston, MA Finegold Alexander Architects received the 2022 AIA New England Components Emerging Professional Friendly Firm Award. AIA New England’s award program highlights architecture firms that promote the advancement of emerging professionals through a combination of professional development and personal growth opportunities.
This honor highlights Finegold Alexander Architects’ values and dedication to promoting its emerging professionals and sustaining the future growth of the practice. Qualifications for this award and for an emerging professional are set by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), defined as professionals who have completed their academic studies up to the point of licensure or up to 10 years after completion of their academic studies, including students and architects licensed 10 years or less.
Finegold Alexander Architects prides itself on its history and culture of guiding emerging professionals, embracing each member of the firm, and enabling unity and collaborative achievement across the board. Finegold Alexander implements an employee mentorship program that provides guidance and opportunities for staff to discuss goals and growth.
