Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, has executed two leases at 440 Middlefield St. REM Connecticut Community Services, Inc. leased 6,350 s/f of office space on the 2nd floor. REM administers services for people with developmental disabilities. Noreen Philbin of Re/Max East of the River represented the tenant. Publisher Circulation Fulfillment, Inc. of Maryland leased 5,675 s/f of space on the 1st floor for a warehouse and distribution of newspapers and periodicals. Al Bolduc, CCIM of Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Davis represented the landlord, Middletown Revival, LLC in both transactions. Davis also brokered the sale of 15 Industrial Park Place. The 7,200 s/f building has 2.5 acres which enables it to be expanded to 40,000 s/f. Mack Fire Protection, LLC, purchased the building from J. Sullivan Properties, LLC. The sale price was $735,000. The seller was represent by attorney Richard Carella of Middletown; attorney Richard Connors of New Haven represented the buyer. Davis was the sole broker in this transaction. Davis leased 2,280 s/f to Book Bower, LLC at Main Street Market in downtown Middletown. The Book Bower, owned by Linda Bowers, sells gently used books at half or less of the original retail price. Davis represented Main Street Market, LLC and was the sole broker in the transaction. In another transaction, Davis brokered the sale of 401 Newfield St. which is CT Rte. 3. The 3,500 s/f brick building was the Bacon Homestead. The sale price was $362,000. Davis represented the seller; Andrew Sachs of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer. Caleb Greer-Carney and Jenny Lynn Carney purchased the house from Summit Middletown, LLC, to use as the local office for State Farm Insurance.
