Providence, RI According to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, the E. Irving Rogers Jr. House has sold for $2.086 million. Beth Anderson, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s, represented the buyer. Lindsay Pettinelli of Churchill & Banks Co. represented the seller.
According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide MLS, the sale of 450 Blackstone Blvd. is the fourth highest single-family sale in the city year to date. Agents of Mott & Chace have represented three clients in the top six single-family sales in the city this year.
