Tinkham Realty, Inc. sold unit #10 at One Industrial Park Dr. to J.S Realty Trust of 62 Valley St.   The property is a 2,380 s/f industrial condo at the Pelham Industrial Park, and will be the new home for Assured Glass & Aluminum, Inc.  Judy Tinkham represented the seller, P.I.P. #10, LLC, and assisted the buyer. The sales price as recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds is $145,000.
