Nesson and Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial handles 2,000 s/f lease

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased 2,000 s/f of office space at 2911 Dixwell Ave. The tenant, Mortgage Master, Inc., is opening its third office to serve New Haven county and beyond. Nesson represented the landlord, Joseph Moruzzi, while Albert Scafati, of the same office, represented the tenant.
