Hevenor installed as 2022 Appraisal Institute Chapter President
Malden, MA Brad Hevenor, MAI, was installed as the 2022 president of the Massachusetts Rhode Island & Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute at the annual holiday meeting and installation of officers, directors and regional reps held in Wellesley, Mass. Serving the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine, the chapter encourages local real estate appraisers to receive Appraisal Institute professional membership designations and promotes reliable appraisal services to the property-owning public.
Hevenor is vice president, appraisal review manager at The Washington Trust Company in Westerly, R.I. and has been an appraiser for more than 15 years, specializing in appraisal review. He is a graduate of Tufts University with a degree in International Relations, German Studies, and Drama with a master’s degree in Germanics from the University of Washington.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve this fine organization during such an important time for our profession,” said Hevenor. “With so many issues facing appraisers, I look forward to working with and on behalf of my peers to ensure that the best interests of real estate professionals and the general public are served.”
