North Kingstown, RI The Foncellino Team at Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Brokerage sold two acres of commercially zoned vacant land at 4000 Quaker Lane.

The property with 325 feet of frontage on Quaker Lane (Rte. 2) was sold as is with no engineering. Municipal water and three phase power is available and accessible.
