Verenis of Marcus & Millichap brokers $1.2 million apartment sale

Worcester, MA Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, completed the sale of Arline St. Apartments, a six-unit apartment property, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $1.2 million.

Harry Verenis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also secured by Verenis.

Located on 9 Arline St., the property features six townhouse style apartments, which are all two-bedroom, one-and-a-half baths.
