Essex Builders nears completion of The Residence at the Dior - working with ACP Properties to construct mixed-use project along Rte. 1

Dedham, MA According to Essex Builders, The Residence at The Dior, a luxury residential complex, is on schedule for completion early this summer.

Essex Builders is currently working with ACP Properties to construct this mixed-use project along Rte. 1 adjacent to Legacy Place and within walking distance of the commuter rail. The Residence at The Dior offers urban-style living with all the benefits of living in the suburbs. The 90,000 s/f building will feature 48 residences that consist of one and two-bedroom floor plans and two levels of covered parking.
