Foncellino of Coldwell Banker Commercial leases 2,000 s/f retail

CUMBERLAND, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial has leased 2,000 s/f of retail space to Nadeen Satter at 1726 Mendon Rd. next to a McDonald’s. 

The 20,000 s/f multi-tenanted strip mall, Tieppo Plaza, is located near I-295 off exit 20. The landlord is Tonetti Enterprises.

The new tenant, a tobacco/smoke shop signed a NNN multi-year lease.

The Foncellino Team has leased space to many of the tenants of the plaza. Tenants include an Indian restaurant, a bakery, a boutique salon, a karate studio and a nail salon.
