Garthoff of The Stubblebine Co. handles $2.05 million building sale

Waltham, MA Ellen Garthoff of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has sold a 6,400 s/f industrial building to Marc Resnick at 1254-1256 Main St. for $2.050 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, 1256 Main LLC. Ben Herman of Valender Properties represented the buyer.
