According to REI Service Corp., the listing broker of 6 and 14 Dixon Ave., New Futures, Inc. leased 417 s/f of office space at 14 Dixon Ave. for a term of three and a half years. The property consists of two professional office buildings totaling 19,132 s/f with ample on-site parking occupied by several profit and non-profit companies. Doris Duhamel-Labbe of REI represented the landlord, 14 Dixon Avenue Development Co., LLC and Donna Rice of Premiere Properties represented the tenant. REI is also contracted by the owner to manage and lease the property.
