Colantonio renovates 100-unit O’Shea House

Brookline, MA Colantonio Inc. has begun construction work on the Arthur O’Shea House, a 100-unit, high-rise affordable housing facility, for the Brookline Housing Authority.

The firm will upgrade the kitchens, baths and plumbing; refurbish all common areas; replace or repair the windows; install a new HVAC system; repair the brick building envelope; abate hazardous materials, and provide landscaping, hardscaping and paving.  The firm is performing all of the work while the building remains occupied.

The project, designed by Baker | Wohl Architects, is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020.
