Akasha Capital Management and D.A. Davidson & Co. leased space at The Chiofaro Co.'s International Place. Akasha leased 6,523 s/f and D.A. Davidson leased 2,350 s/f respectively. Cushman & Wakefield and The McPherson Corp. assisted in negotiations.
